Pendor

Pendor is a ringworld, created by Ken Shardik. It was moved to the past and allowed to age. Setting of many of the stories.

It was built around the star Pin, and relies on an Earth-like planet Pandora and its moon Pindam to produce tidal forces on Pendor's Oceans.

In the year XXXX, the government of Earth agreed to Shardik's offer to build a matching ringworld in exchange for the Earth itself. This sister ringworld was eventually named Unity.
